There is a heliport with a heated pad as well as a 1600-square-foot hanger and a seven-car garage with outside parking for 30+ cars. Fishing, hunting, skiing, summer and winter recreation abound. Sleeping Child Creek is just around the corner where you can fish for Cutthroat Trout and Brookies. Wildlife regularly seen at the property include: big horn sheep, mule deer, whitetail deer, moose, and elk. There is access to National Forest Service land on all sides of the property. The resort property has a paved drive from the county road and is adjacent to forest service and state land. This historic property holds the Legend of the Sleeping Child.
