Cole Bergquist's rapid success in the industry can be gauged by his off-the-chart numbers. In his first four years, he personally sold over 225 properties - making him one of the top producers in the entire state. In 2016, Bergquist was rated as the number one agent in the Montana Regional MLS in terms of total production with sales totaling over $37m.
One of the highlights of his career also came in 2016, when Bergquist sold the highest priced listing in the Montana Regional MLS - "The Indian Prairie Ranch" - valued at $9.5 million.
His passion rests in marketing, but his true niche is in technology - he loves being able to leverage the full power of modern-day real estate trends and technologies to maximize exposure for his listings and streamline the transaction process for his buyers.
Raised in San Clemente, California, Bergquist moved to Missoula to attend The University of Montana where he double majored in Accounting and Finance. In addition to being the starting Quarterback for the Montana Grizzlies from 2005 to 2008, and leading the team to four consecutive Big Sky Championships, he was also awarded the coveted "Scholar Athlete of the Year" distinction in 2008. Afterwards, he spent time with the San Diego Chargers and played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL for three and a half years.

Rebecca Donnelly is an outgoing, passionate and seasoned real estate professional born and raised in Montana. Donnelly started her real estate career immediately after graduating from the University of Montana with honors and holds degrees in both Spanish and Psychology. A strong desire to excel allowed her to qualify for her broker’s license after only two short years in the business, an accomplishment achieved by only a select few. With experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Rebecca is a wealth of knowledge and offers her clients a unique perspective. After years of representing buyers, sellers and investors, she has acquired a standout reputation and specializes in both luxury and recreational properties.
Rebecca is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking into her favorite hot springs, rafting through remote locations and snowmobiling in the backcountry of Montana. When she’s not camping or exploring in her Jeep, Donnelly spends time riding horses and planning her next adventure. A true Montanan at heart, with deep roots in the local community and a genuine love for meeting new people.

Heather is a 4th generation Montana native; she has extensive roots, memories, and experience in all of Western Montana! Being in the mountains or on any one of Montana’s pristine lakes or rivers with friends and family, is her happiest place!
While attending college pursuing a degree in nutrition in 2002, she took a summer job at a local Real Estate office and never turned back. It was an incredibly exciting and challenging position working for a top-producing Broker in a crazy history making market. Several years later during the recession, Heather had the incredible opportunity to work along side a well established Real Estate investor, and learned Real Estate from an investor’s perspective, including all things commercial, including multi-family, business start-up, foreclosure flips, and management of multiple entities.

Jeremy Teeter is a Montana native, spending his childhood and adult years growing up in Montana. He discovered a passion for photography but was unable to pursue it further due to his priorities as a single father. But while working full-time jobs to provide for his family he continued to pursue his art whenever he could. Step by step, he worked on his photography skills and was finally able to pursue it as a career.
Jeremy joined the Bergquist Donnelly Team and flourished. He is now an expert with various fields of media: he utilizes drones to take high-res scenic shots, combines various camera techniques to take masterful photos, works with powerful editing software to ensure the highest quality possible, and creates 3D interactive walkthroughs showcasing entire homes. Jeremy Teeter is a phenomenal photographer; his work has been featured in international magazines, and he is an incredible asset to the Bergquist Donnelly Team.
James Bartleby Wilson was born and raised in Montana. He joined the Bergquist Donnelly Team as a simple office assistant but has rapidly evolved into a force multiplier. Whether he is gathering documents for transactions, tracking down prospective clients, creating informative descriptions of listed properties, promoting social media opportunities, or reaching out and managing client communications, James strives to fulfill a supporting role allowing the Bergquist Donnelly team to reach greater heights.
Kelly's main job is generating leads for our sales team to follow up with. Kelly is like Sherlock Holmes in the way of tracking down potential buyers for our listings, or off-market properties for our buyers.
Kelly was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada where she studied Business Administration at the University of Regina.
After completing her Business diploma, she pursued a career in residential real estate. After years of working in the re-sale home market she transitioned into new home construction as a sales consultant with an industry leading builder where she worked for over 3 years before moving to Missoula.
With an extensive background in home sales and a love for marketing and home design, real estate is the perfect career path for Kelly.
